Additionally to your description, you can publish news on your page to give updates on your campaign or details on the project your are funding.
Posting news on a regular base shows that your project is concrete and will reassure your donors, keep them updated on anything happening to your project. Each donor will receive an email with your news (users can change this setting from their account, see Change the notifications I receive).
From the top of your campaign's page, you will find a "News" section that will redirect you to a text editor. Once your update written, click on the button “OK, post now” to publish your text.
