The end date of your campaign is not absolute and can be edited, even when due. When you reach the initial end date, you have the option to reactivate your campaign, ask for your funds or close it definitively.
When you decide to retrieve the collected funds, you need to make sure you have indicated your bank information. If you already had a campaign with us in the past and you did indicate your bank details, you can use them again. You will then be able to either close the campaign or ask for a fund transfer. When all these steps are completed, your request is taken into account and our banking partner can proceed with it.
